Northgate Mall Redevelopment

The Northgate Mall is undergoing a multi-year redevelopment project with several phases totaling over $500 million. The master plan involves repurposing the Northgate Mall into a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood that includes new buildings consisting of approximately 1,200 residential units; 129,000 SF of retail and restaurant; a 110,000 SF hotel; 804,000 SF of new offices; and a 500-stall parking garage.
