North Concourse Modernization (NSAT)

The North Concourse Modernization Project included a 95,000 SF renovation and expansion of the existing North Concourse terminal (a 45-year-old facility). The Port of Seattle and Alaska Airlines were key stakeholders and partners. Project goals included nearly doubling the number of aircraft gates (12 to 20) and extending the building to better serve passengers.

The project was designed and built to achieve LEED Silver certification (certification pending).
