Dream Team Retro Group This group of pro-active contractors works as a team to manage worker’s compensation claims, prevent work related injuries, train employees on construction safety and educate members on new and important industry topics. As a member of the Dream Team, MidMountain Contractors has the opportunity to reduce industrial insurance rates. As a group, The Dream Team works together to improve each member’s safety performance, thus reducing the number and severity of injuries which translates into industrial insurance cost savings. The retro program is an incentive program developed by the State of Washington to encourage pro-active safety and diligent claims management. |
